The Experience
Every detail is deliberate — the lighting, the rhythm, the atmosphere. The way you are guided to move, breathe, and feel. And most importantly, the way you leave: softer in the body, stronger in your center, and more connected to yourself.
At Club Forma, wellbeing lives at the intersection of strength, presence, and sensual awareness. Movement alone is not the goal. Transformation begins when movement is paired with breath, precision, and a deep connection to your inner energy.
The Philosophy
Club Forma is more than a Pilates studio. It is an intimate sanctuary rooted in elegance, ease, and embodied confidence. In small, guided sessions, we help you listen to your body’s natural intelligence — its curves, its boundaries, its desire to expand.
Here, mindfulness meets sensuality. Slowing down becomes powerful. And self-care evolves into self-intimacy. This is your space. Your sanctuary. Your Forma.
A Note from the Founder
Club Forma was created from a deeply personal place — a longing to return to the essence of womanhood, not only through strength, but through softness, confidence, and sensual presence. After years devoted to family and motherhood, the desire was not to become fitter, but to feel alive again. To reconnect with femininity and feel at home in one’s own body.
Pilates became the gateway to that return. Through movement, breath, and awareness, it reawakened intuition, presence, and inner rhythm — offering space to move and feel without pressure, comparison, or expectation. That intention is the foundation of Club Forma.
This is not a studio focused solely on fitness. It is a sanctuary devoted to embodied confidence. When a woman feels grounded, sensual, and connected to her body, everything shifts — the way she moves through the world, communicates, and shows up in her life.
Founded by a woman, a mother, and a lifelong student of growth, Club Forma reflects the space many women quietly long for: private, intimate, elegant, multilingual, and deeply personal. A place to return to yourself.
Forma is more than movement.
It is a way of living. A way of feeling. A way of coming home.

Jonathan is a breathwork and mindset coach, personal trainer, and specialist in masculine energy. He works primarily with male entrepreneurs, guiding them to reconnect with their sense of purpose—not through the intellect, but through the body.
After years as the owner of a successful EMS studio in the Netherlands, Jonathan now integrates physical training, breathwork, somatic practices, and conscious awareness into a single, grounded approach. His work centers on presence, focus, and freedom — the core pillars of embodied masculine leadership.
Jonathan supports men in reclaiming the body as a compass: releasing stored tension, leading with clarity, and moving and breathing from a place of calm authority. His approach is direct and embodied—no talk therapy, no shortcuts—only the truth of breath, body, and leadership.
